Information, not a visit

Articles, videos, journal posts, condition pages, sport pages, and answers on this site are general information about sports chiropractic and movement. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an examination.

Reading this site, sending a message, or downloading a form does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship starts only after we accept you as a patient and you are seen in the office (or by another arrangement we confirm in writing).

Care is individual. What helped one athlete may not be right for you. We do not promise a result, a timeline, or a return-to-play date from anything written here.

Emergencies

This site is not monitored for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, a head injury with worsening symptoms, loss of consciousness, sudden weakness, or any other emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a callback from the clinic.

Scope of Practice

Dr. Fava is a chiropractic physician licensed in Florida, with a sports certification (CCSP). The practice provides sports chiropractic and related conservative care. It is not a hospital, an emergency department, or a medical specialty clinic. We refer out when a problem is outside what we treat.

Journal, News, and Social Media posts

Journal posts and social posts are education. News items are press mentions. Neither is an advertisement of a guaranteed outcome, and neither is personal medical advice. Comments on social platforms are not a place to share health details.
