KinesioTape

Elastic tape that eases pressure on sore tissue and supports the area while you still move.

Tape is not a costume. Used well, it unloads an angry tendon, reminds a shoulder to stay stacked, and lets you train while tissue calms down.

You leave knowing how it was applied and when to take it off — not with a mystery wrap.

Kinesio Tape is elastic therapeutic tape. Applied with a specific stretch, it lifts the skin just enough to ease pressure on sore tissue, support the area, and cue how a joint or muscle should move — without locking it down. You can practice, race, or play in it while the tissue calms.

Dr. Fava has been using KinesioTape since 1996 and has been a Certified KinesioTape Practitioner since 2004.
