If you only read the site, we do not ask for your name. The host and any analytics tool may record technical data such as browser type, device, general location, and pages viewed. That data is used to keep the site working and to see which pages are useful.
If you use a contact form, book a visit, or send a message, we receive what you type: name, phone, email, and the note you write. Do not put a full health history in a general contact box. Bring your health history details to the visit or complete the forms sent via our patient portal.
Booking runs through our scheduler (Noterro located on the Book a visit page). That vendor receives the details needed to hold the appointment and has its own privacy terms.
How we use it
We use website messages to answer you, schedule a visit, and run the practice. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site to build a marketing list from people who only read a page.
Cookies
The site may set cookies that remember a session or measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser. Some booking or form tools may not work if cookies are blocked.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Yelp, and partner sites leave this website. Those sites collect information under their own policies. We do not control them.
Children
This website is written for adults — athletes, parents, and athletic trainers. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13 through the site. A parent or guardian should contact the office about care for a minor.
How long we keep messages
Contact messages are kept long enough to answer and to keep a record of the request. Appointment details live in the patient portal. You can ask us to delete a website message that is not part of a patient record by calling the office, 1-941-492-6880.
