- Any imaging or specialist notes
- A short phone video of the movement that hurts, if you have it
- List of current meds and prior surgeries
Wear
Shorts, tank or t-shirt, shoes you train in. Avoid dresses and restrictive denim if we need to see a shoulder, hip, or knee.
What happens
History, sport-specific exam, first treatment if it is appropriate, and a written plan. You leave knowing the next two weeks — not “see how you feel.”
